Little Pooch aims to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days. There are some items that may need to be ordered in from our suppliers following your order, if this is the case your order may take an extra couple of days to arrive, we will advise you if this is the case.
If your order is time sensitive, please don’t hesitate to email or call us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Occasionally an item(s) may be out of stock and delivery will take a little longer than normal, we will always contact you to advise you of expected delivery timescales if this happens.
Some products on the Little Pooch website are dispatched direct from our suppliers, which may mean you have more than one parcel making up your order. If a product is to be sent direct from a supplier we will email you, should you have any queries upon receipt of your order, please contact Little Pooch direct.
Please allow extra time for delivery of your order during busier times, such as Christmas. Little Pooch cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the Royal Mail, which is out of our control.
All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail First Class Post or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (for higher value items). For heavy or oversized items, a courier will be used which will take approximately 3-5 working days to get to you
UK (including Northern Ireland) - Flat rate £3.95
EU - Flat rate £6.95*
Everwhere else - Flate rate £12.95*
*Shipping rates to the EU and the rest of the world, do not include heavy or bulky items such as carriers or beds. Unfortunately, we will only ship heavy/bulky items within the UK at present. If you purchase these items and are outside the UK, we will email you and your payment will be refunded. Little Pooch reserve the right to not deliver to addresses outside of the UK. Should we be unable to fulfil your order, your payment will be refunded.
If you receive an item that you do not wish to keep, for whatever reason, Little Pooch will happily process a refund for you. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order if you wish to make a return, to be eligible for a refund of the purchase price.
Please include a note with all your details on (name, address, telephone number and details of the item you wish to have refunded) and include it with your item(s). We must have all of your details in order to process your refund (failing to include them may result in a delay).
Please keep tags on products where possible & packaging intact, as returning an item(s) where this is beyond what's reasonable may effect your refund.
Returns are posted to us at your own cost (unless in the unlikely event they are faulty) Please obtain a proof of postage or return via recorded post. Little Pooch will not accept responsibility for any items that get lost in transit to us.

Should you receive an item and it doesn’t fit, Little Pooch is happy to exchange for another size (stock permitting). Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning the item(s) so we confirm stock availability for you. Exchanges posted back to us are done at your own cost and in some circustances a postage charge may apply to get new a new product dispatched to you. Please keep tags/packaging intact where possible.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us email@example.com and we will happily replace the item (stock permitting) or process a refund.
